Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use GLOWWIX (“the service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use the service for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

1. The service

GLOWWIX is an online tool for recording a business’s income, expenses, partner funding, investment recovery and profit shares. It is a record-keeping tool. It does not move money, make bank transfers or give accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. You are responsible for the records you enter and for decisions you make with them; please check important figures with a qualified accountant.

2. Accounts and security

• You must give accurate details and be at least 18 years old.
• Keep your password and 2-step login codes private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• The business owner controls who joins their business and what each member can see and do. Members must follow the owner’s instructions for that business.

3. Free trial, price and payment

• Each new business gets a 14-day free trial with all features. No payment details are needed to start.
• After the trial the price is Rs 1,499 per business per month, unless we agree a different price with you in writing. Payment is made in advance by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer using the details shown in the app.
• Your plan is active up to the “paid until” date we record after confirming your payment.
• If the trial or paid period ends without renewal, your business becomes read-only: you can still view, print and export records, but cannot add or change them until you renew.
• Payments are not refundable once the period has started, except where the law requires it or we decide to give a refund. We may change the price for future periods with at least 30 days’ notice.

4. Your data

You own the business records you enter. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service, as explained in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to enter information about your partners, staff and customers.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service for fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity;
• try to access another business’s records, other accounts, or parts of the system you are not given;
• upload malware or interfere with the security or operation of the service;
• resell or copy the service without our written permission.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, including regular backups, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features. If we ever stop the service, we will give account owners reasonable notice and a chance to export their records.

7. Suspension and closing an account

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts the service or other users at risk. Where reasonable we will tell you first.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by information entered incorrectly. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
